A little about myself ...
Before I became a Mortgage Associate Specialist, I was a Registered Nurse with the Foothills Hospital for 10 years and was also an active member of the STARS air ambulance team located here in Calgary.  I have always had an interest in Real Estate, and was trying to find a balance between my family and work.  Becoming a mortgage associate was a great career move.  I chose to take the mortgage associate course in the evenings and soon after started my business at home.  After my two children started school I relocated my business to the Pro-Link Office where I am currently located.
In my spare time I enjoy heading out to the lake with my family and barefoot water-ski.  I had the opportunity to ski on the Canadian Barefoot Team in September at the World Championships along with my husband and daughter, which was an amazing experience.  We enjoy going to Florida a few times a year to train with Ron Scarpa, a 4-time World Champion Barefooter!

Audrey Kurek

Audrey started working with Cory at Pro-Link Mortgage in 2006. Audrey enjoys working along side her sister Cory and the rest of team "Rowland". She thoroughly enjoys learning and being apart of the Real Estate market and the challenges it has to offer.
Audrey attended Mount Royal College and studied Recreational Therapy and continued on with her studies to obtained her degree in Bachelor of Nursing in 2007.
Audrey enjoys spending time with her family and friends and thoroughly enjoys travelling with her husband Justin and her family to Florida!

Donna Streifel

Donna started with Pro-link mortgage in 1999. Donna originally worked with Sheldon Deering for 6 years and when Cory partnered with Sheldon in 2002 Donna began underwriting for both Cory and Sheldon. When Cory decided to create her own team of mortgage associates there was no hesitation on she part to come on board.. Donna has been a licensed mortgage associate for 7 years and there has been no-one better to work with than Cory. This past year Donna renewed her lifelong interest in interior decorating and went to Mount Royal to become a certified interior decorator. Donna is hoping to dabble a bit in home staging and am always willing to give friends and family any advice she can. The team that Cory has created are an amazing group of people and as far as knowledge and service in the industry thinks we are second to none!!!!

Richard Trentham

Richard became a mortgage associate in the Spring of 2003. He was in the Agriculture Sector for 10 years and felt a change was needed. He now resides in Calgary and is Pro-Calgary in every aspect from the Calgary Flames to "The Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth." Richard has travelled many places in the world and there is no place he would rather be than right here in Cow town. He absolutely loves the mortgage industry and believes in fast friendly service. Richard is a huge fan of NFL Football and goes on at least one trip a year to an NFL venue. If you're not talking Football quiz him on the television series Seinfeld and prepare to laugh.

Debbie Monden-Phillips

Debbie completed her Mortgage Associate Certificate in 2004 and has been passionate about the Industry and working with team "Rowland" since then. She attended the University of Calgary and worked in the Pharmaceutical arena for several years upon graduating with a Science and Commerce Degree. Debbie is married with a young family and is proud to be a native Calgarian.

Kim Nutz

Kim obtained her Mortgage Associate Certificate in January 2007 and has been working with Pro-Link since then. Kim works very closely with Cory and her team to ensure that all clients receive a timely response to their lending needs. Kim is married to Daniel Zacharuk, another mortgage associate working with Cory and they have a rambunctious and energetic toddler named Lucas.

In her spare time, Kim is also a lawyer, practicing in the area of employment/ labour law since September 1999.

Dan Zacharuk

Daniel obtained his Mortgage Associate Certificate in 2003. Dan joined Pro-Link in 2004 and has been working on Cory’s team ever since. Dan is married to Kim Nutz and they enjoy their time spent with their very busy toddler, Lucas. Dan and Cory have known each other for 10 years. Dan and Cory flew together as Air Medical Crew for STARS Air Ambulance.

In his spare time, Dan also works as a paramedic/ firefighter.

Jim Holland

Jim Holland has been very active in the Real Estate industry as Sales Rep and Sales Manager since 1976 .He has been working with Homes by Avi since 1991 as Area Sales Manager here in Calgary. To better serve his clients Jim decided to take his Mortgage Associate license in 2003 and has been working along side Cory ever since.

Jenn Stephenson

After working together in a realtor-mortgage associate capacity at Keller Williams Platinum Realty, Jenn joined Cory’s team at Pro Link in November 2008. With three years of banking experience at Canada Trust, seven years of the New Homes Sales and Service experience with Albi Homes and Homes By Avi and four years of Residential Real Estate experience there is no doubt that Jenn is passionate about the real estate industry. Holding both a Mortgage Associate and Realtor license, Jenn is thrilled about the opportunity to expand the services she and her realtor husband can provide to their clients and fellow realtor and builder colleagues, while at the same time assisting in Cory’s expansion to South Calgary and Okotoks.
In her spare time Jenn enjoys time with family and friends, attending her stepchildren’s sporting events, thumbing through interior design magazines, sipping on vanilla lattes and travel of any kind!
Jenn’s commitment to top notch customer service will only be expanded by this exciting teaming with Pro Link and she looks forward to doing business in this new capacity in the months and years ahead.
